The wonderful people of The Blag It! Theatre Company have definitely left their mark on me.

Yes a full 12 hours after seeing their latest show 'Pretty Nifty Charabang' I still can't get the hilarious anthem Chava Chava Bling Bling out of my head. Anyone feeling remotely like a Christmas scrooge should look no further than this comedy panto for the perfect antidote. After a couple of hours in the comany of this funny bunch you'll be screaming your 'Chavs' or your 'Blings' with the rest of them.
The show loosely follows the story of 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang', but highlights are madcap asides
and topical quips aplenty.
Particular mentions should go to fantastically stern Sorley Tempted played by Katy Dowding, Tony Joyce perfectly cast as The Childcatcher, and terribly spoilt children Geranium Pott (Rachael Courage) and Pansy Pott (Genie Powers).
Just three days after returning from a holiday in Thailand, Caroline Bowyer had me in stitches as young Thai bride Miss Saigon.
The play is extremely well written and most importantly full of fun.

Pretty Nifty Charabang is on at The Talking Heads each night until saturday. Tickets, priced £5, are available on the door.

We recently went to see Blag It! Theatre Company perform their very own version of Chitty Chitty
Bang Bang, called Pretty Nifty Charaband at the Talkin Heads.

What a great performance. We have never been to The Talking Heads before so were suprised
when we went through the back of the bar and there was a stage. We took our seats and waited for the show.
Well, what good fun. Lots of baddies, lots of audience participantion and lots of laughter, All good clean fum.

We hope we are invited to any future shows and would recommend that you go see any future productions.

So get down to The Talking Heads for the next Blag It! show. Check website for details.
